The Digital Boutique project was curated by interior designers specialized in Shop Design, in collaboration with the creative management team as well as a team of dedicated software developers. We had a clear goal: creating a perfect synergy between the dynamics of retail and digital technologies.
At Digital Boutique, every aspect is focused on the customer and their journey. From entering the store, to brand experience, product selection and try on all the way to payment: the customer experience designed by DS Group revolutionizes sales standards in the Fashion sector.
Digital Boutique technology also supports in-store staff. Each Sales Assistant becomes an omnichannel customer consultant, remaining at their disposal throughout all stages of the experience (online and offline).
